MY NAME IS ASHTON

Midwest native, Ashton Francis, is a multi-medium performing artist passionate about creativity, connection, and compassion. With a rich background in the performing arts, she is drawn to stories that reveal the sacred in the everyday and celebrate humanity’s beauty.

On stage, screen, in worship, or conversation, Ashton is committed to uplifting, restorative storytelling that connects and inspires. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Cincinnati’s College-Conservatory of Music—the nation’s first musical theatre program—and an MA in Counseling: Pastoral Care from Liberty University’s Rawlings School of Divinity, with plans to continue her artistic and theological studies.

These experiences shape her mission: to help others embrace the divine beauty within their own stories.

Now based in New York City with her husband Ephraim, Ashton collaborates with both established and independent industry artists and creatives, and leads worship at Redeemer Downtown and Redeemer Brooklyn.

At the core of her work is a desire to create spaces where artistry and spirituality meet—spaces that inspire purpose and honor the sacred in every story.
